• What is IntelliCare?
• IntelliCare is a feature that is designed to let
  the office set up automated reminders pertaining
  to patients matching user-defined criteria. Once
  an IntelliCare reminder is created, the system
  will compare the current state of a patient
  record with recurring care guidelines and bring
  up a reminder window if the selected patient
  meets that IntelliCare reminder.
• There is no limit to how many IntelliCare
  reminders an office can setup

• You can create IntelliCare reminders pertaining

• Assign an Action to the IntelliCare reminder
  which will take your staff to the designated area
  of the program in order help them meet the recare
  requirement for the selected patient
• Create customized indicators or pictures that can
  be assigned to an IntelliCare reminder and will
  display in the OnSchedule window as well as the
  Clinical Virtual Screen
• Create an IntelliCare report that will show
  patients that fall under the selected IntelliCare
  item

• IntelliCare suggestions (just a few)
• Patient Birthday Allows office to wish patient
  a Happy Birthday
• Be prompted if a patient does not have a signed
  HIPAA document for the Notice of Privacy Practice
  
• Be prompted if a patient with insurance does not
  have a Member ID number
• Be prompted if a patient has not had a set of
  bitewings taken at least once a year
• Be prompted if a patient does not have an updated
  medical history once a year
