    safety and controlling them.

    things go wrong.

  • Frequent, demanding, pessimistic, non compliant,
    manipulative, with symptoms that are hard to
    explain
  • Remember not always patient- mis communication
    has a major role play.
  • So - dont label patients- to avoid cry-wolf
    situation
