Description
  • The shake table will allow students to build
    basic buildings and put them on the table to see
    if they can withstand the simulated earthquake.
  • The shake table will model the horizontal change
    in displacement and frequency of an earthquake.
  • With these changes in displacement and frequency,
    the accelerometers will record the graph on a
    computer program and will relate to the Richter
    scale.
