• Our HCS family is committed to making healthy
  minds and bodies a reality for persons with
  mental and physical challenges. In so doing, our
  philosophy of service delivery is to assist,
  enable and empower persons with mental and
  physical challenges to function at their fullest
  potential so they can make a positive
  contribution to their community as they desire.

ABOUT US

• Samantha Bridges, HCS office is located in
  beautiful and growing Pearland just outside of
  Houston. All services are provided as mandated
  by the Department of Aging and Disability. What
  sets us apart is that although we are a new and
  upcoming agency, we have a very experienced and
  dedicated staff that will provide the best
  quality of care and services to each and every
  individual and their family.

Residential Assistance

• Designed to support families and/or caregivers so
  they may continue to provide in home personal
  care and supervision for a relative with
  disabilities.
• Supported home living
• Foster/companion care / 100 reimbursement
• Supervised living
• Residential support

Supported Employment

• Customized assistance to help individuals obtain
  employment including job development, job
  coaching, job adaptations and promotion of
  coworker support.

Respite Services

• Short term care during the caretakers planned
  time off or during an unexpected emergency such
  as a caretakers illness.

Day Habilitation

• Day Program classroom based activities designed
  to help develop awareness and self-help skills
  such as personal grooming, arts crafts,
  discussing current events, social skills and
  daily exercising such as walking and aerobics.
• Community programs aimed at involving persons in
  regular community activities and is tailored to
  meet each individuals needs

TxHmL Texas Home Living

• A waiver program operated by the Department of
  Aging and Disability. We provide selected
  services and supports to people with mental
  retardation who live in their familys homes or
  their own homes.
