    February 17, 1902. However, her birth
    certificate was released after her birth, that
    showed she was born February 27, 1897.

  • She was the eldest of three daughters, born to
    John and Anna Anderson.

  • Her singing voice began to develop, and she
    transferred to a musical school called South
