  specified for 30 mJ/CM2 dose not strong enough
  to kill dangerous pathogens
• Tested at end of lamp life and not the beginning!

  at very beginning of lamp life. But all UV lamps
  lose efficacy as soon as they are plugged in and
  lose 25 of their efficacy over their lifespan!
