Company Information
  • R.L. Investors is a construction company that was
    started by my Grandfather in 1960.
  • He started by building mid-rise and high-rise
    apartment buildings.
  • In the 1980s R. L. Investors started to
    construct single family homes
  • Today we have entered three distinct markets
    Construction of retail buildings, residential
    homes, and apartment complexes in the Northern
    New Jersey Area.

  • 1 Bedroom 825 ft., 1500 a month
  • 2 Bedrooms 1350 ft., 2400 a month
  • All these prices include ALL utilities, garage

  • Duplex 3 bedroom, 1 car garage starts at
    650,000
  • 5 bedroom, 2 car garage starts at 850,000
