• GFEBS and SAP overview CBTS before Kingstowne
• Attend all business area ILT and vILT courses

• Directed end-to-end business process practice
  sessions
• Pre-training support learning sessions with
  business area instructors
• Certification

• Longevity not about to retire or be transferred
• Expert on your business processes
• Work in a role covering a large portion of the
  business processes
• Have an interest in learning about the new system
• Knowledgeable about current support systems and
  their issues
• Defacto leader business area Go-to person
