ACCESS AN ALIAS

When other users authorize you to perform their
functions such as approving transactions in their
absence, you are acting as an "alias". Use this
screen to sign on as yourself or one of the
aliases assigned to you.

At the SELECT YOUR ALIAS screen follow the
directions

After you pick your ALIAS you return to the
Approval System Menu. At the CODE type in AS and
press ENTER

The selected ALIAS' queue will come up
