    in 2005 with brokered training service income.
  • SAO currently contributes about 2500/month of
    in-kind services to the Oregon Training
    Network.

    classes canceled.

  • Joint SAO/PSU certificate program idea on back
    burner.
  • ITIL Great success. Will run with this.
  • ITIL Executive Overview - 40 people on March 11
  • ITIL Service Management Essentials - 15 people on
    April 7-8
  • Look for more ITIL overview and certification
    work in the future.
  • Software Requirements Engineering
  • In Search of Excellent Requirements on May 17-18,
    with well-known instructor/author Karl Weigers.
  • Rapid Requirements Discovery (2 hours) on May 5.

  • Oracle Database Technology
  • Oracle SQL Programming on May 17-19, again,
    using name-recognition strategy with well-known
    instructor/author Deac Lancaster
  • May run additional Oracle classes as the domain
    is vast.
  • Information Assurance still untapped. Seeking
    guidance.
  • Microsoft technologies talking with vendor
    SQLsoft local market apparently well covered by
    higher ed and third parties.

At the January BoD meeting we reported a plan to
deliver about 8 classes totaling about 90
student-days of training in January-April.We
will deliver 3 classes for about 45 student-days
of training in this four-month period. Three
courses offered were canceled.
