• Generate a Logic Model for each Core
• Create a Logic Model for the overall CTSI
• Find commonalities among cores
• Identify collaborations and contributions of the
  core to the overall CTSI
• Identify the variables to be assessed
• Develop methods and measures for the variables
• Implement evaluation system

Collaborations

• We are conducting the objective quantifiable
  information regarding the formative and summative
  evaluation
• Partnering with RAND to augment the quantitative
  evaluation in order to identify models that work
  and those that need to be improved
