Conclusions from Coalition Day
  • The technology already exists to achieve
    interoperability within and among nations
    defense organizations
  • The technology already exists to achieve high
    levels of reuse of both new and legacy
    capabilities
  • The major obstacles are policy and semantics
  • Semantic differences can be mitigated by
    technology in some cases
  • Policy differences cannot be mitigated by
    technology in any case
