  generated when you post a document, such as an
  invoice, a journal entry is created. You also
  have the flexibility to enter manual journal
  entries. When you do, SAP Business One helps you
  with key tools. You can create draft journal
  entries in a journal voucher, which can then be
  corrected by a colleague before the entire
  journal voucher is posted.

Recurring Postings

• How else can SAP Business One help you with
  financial processes? Do you have any recurring
  postings that must be remembered, entered, and
  paid every month? Here are Maria's monthly
  payments due. As you can see, her old system
  sticky notes was unreliable.

• SAP Business One can alert you and step you
  through the manual postings process whenever a
  recurring posting is due. Enter the item and
  frequency into the system, and then sit back and
  wait for reminders. Additionally, posting
  templates are available. Use recurring posting
  when you need to use actual amounts and posting
  templates when you want a percentage.
