• The preparing negotiation that has been held
  with participation of the Ministry of Finance,
  Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and
  the National Cadastral Programme Non-profit
  Company resulted the following national
  processes
• Nomination of State Dept Handler Centre Co. for
  tendering the banks (03. 07. 2003.)
• credit with government guarantee
• advertise the tender for the full amount of 9,8
  bill HUF
• 15 years duration, 5 years patience time,
  redemption the capital and the interest together,
  in equal amounts
• interest payment by three month
• 90 days offer bound to ensure time for publishing
  the government decision.
