• We know that Sarah earns about 20 dollars per
  week from her parents and she also earns 150
  dollars for 2 weeks of babysitting. She decided
  to use a catalog for each of her gifts because if
  she spends over 200 dollars she can get a
  discount of 25 percent off of her entire
  purchase. I used this useful information and
  bought each of the gifts from different
  magazines. Therefore Sarah saved 20 dollars off
  of her entire project.

Mom

• Sarahs mom enjoys cooking, house cleaning,
  caring for her children, and in her free time she
  enjoys working out. We bought a Sterling Silver
  Bracelet for 79.99 for her because we thought
  that she deserves something nice for herself. The
  tax on this item was 6.40. We bought this item
  at Kays Merchandise and the total cost for this
  gift is 86.39.

Dad

• Sarahs dad is a huge outdoors person. He loves
  to ride bikes but most of all he likes to run in
  marathons. Knowing this we decided to buy him
  Trail Running Shoes for 84.99. The tax on this
  item is 6.80. We bought this item at Dicks
  Sporting Goods and the total price for this
  present is 91.79.

Sister

• Sarahs sister has just recently moved into her
  very first apartment with her new husband. They
  live in a nice and small apartment in Texas. We
  bought her a 3-piece coffee table set for 90.00
  for her brand new apartment. The tax on this
  lovely gift is 7.20. We bought this lovely gift
  at Target and the totally price for this gift is
  97.20.

Brother

• Sarahs brother loves to skateboard with his
  friends. He is very much like his dad and loves
  to be outside. Therefore we bought him 80.00
  Circa 99 at Pacific Sun. The tax on this item is
  6.40. The total cost for these shoes is 86.40.

Sister

• And lastly Sarahs 13 year old sister. She
  devotes a lot of her time to babysitting. We
  thought that after all of her hard work that she
  deserves something cool. So we bought her a Hot
  Pink Portable DVD player from Wal-Mart for79.63
  and the tax is 6.37. The total price on this gift
  is 86.00 even.

PRESENTS!

• All of Sarahs gifts were purchased from
  different stores. The moms gift was purchased
  from Kay Jewelers, The dads was from Dicks
  Sporting Goods, The Oldest sisters was purchased
  from Target, The brothers gift is from Pacific
  Sun, and the 13 year old sister got her gift from
  Wal-mart. The total amount Sarah spent on her
  gifts was 465.08. Therefore Sarah has 10.00
  left over for herself.
