• The Midwest is covered with plains and grasslands
  and has many important lakes and rivers.they lots
  of prairies.Prairies are grasslands.They have
  aquifer.Aquifer is underground water.

• The climate in the Midwest is very hot summers
  and very cold winters.They are part of the
  tornado alley. A tornado is a huge swirling
  windstorm.

• Spanish Explorers used to live there.
• Now the the Midwest is filled with people from
  all over the world.
