minimum input from the user to ensure accurate,
consistent publishing

- Familiar EP Information items with familiar
names
- User only selects from short list of relevant
product types (user profile-driven)
- Other key context attributes automatically set
or sensibly defaulted
- Minimises the number of attributes to be set on
publishing (keep it simple)

• Product Types are designed to simplify publishing
  and make it more consistent. They are one way to
  help define context quickly. Others are
• Personal profiles
• Template documents with embedded metadata
• Project inherited attributes (asset, project)
• Process flow derived attributes
• -Attributed folders

In a well designed and implemented system, only 2
or 3 of the total of 50 or so attributes need be
supplied by the user during publishing
