16Registration Requirements
- Students must e-mail their OCT number to the
Office of the Registrar registrar_at_nipissingu.ca
from your student e-mail before you will be able
to register - Teachable eligibility must be confirmed by the
registrars office before you will be able to
register
17Registration Requirements
- Distance Courses registration begins March 3
- On-Site Courses registration begins March 10
- Registrations are subject to space limitations
- Courses depend on a minimum enrolment by April
3rd. Courses with insufficient enrolment may be
cancelled after this date
18Registration Process
- Registration is done through WebAdvisor
- The system will not allow you to register for
Intermediate or Senior ABQ courses if you have
not checked your eligibility with the Office of
the Registrar
19Registration Process
- Any changes to your registration must be made
through WebAdvisor - Non-payment of fees, non-attendance or telling
the professor is NOT considered an official
withdrawal - Withdrawals from courses must be made through
WebAdvisor
20Registration Process
- Prior to the first class, students who are deemed
to be in poor academic standing will be
de-registered.
21Fees
- Provide your credit card information when
registering on-line, or - If paying by cheque or cash, fees must be paid to
the Finance Office within two days of
registration - 870.00 per course - 2008 registration fee
22Reporting Course Results
- Grade available on WebAdvisor
- University Transcript sent to you
- Reported by university to OCT in late August
- Recorded by OCT on your Certificate of
Qualification (will not be on your first
certificate but will appear on the OCT records by
October) - Must be an OCT member to record your course
