  • educatorsand their programs.

Todays leadership
  • requires the finesse to connect with
    understanding about things we disagree with.

Weve long lost our ability to debate

In the 21st Century
  • the political world is
  • increasingly win-lose.

This means
  • Either
  • We have to be willing to play win-lose, or
  • We have to become increasingly skillful in our
    advocacy hence your current academy and learn
    to forge strategic and strange coalitions.

We know that Knowledge constantly makes itself
obsolete, with the result that todays advanced
knowledge is tomorrows ignorance.
