• Keep anti-virus software up-to-date
• Scan once a week
• Do not open spam
• Use Bearmail
• Adware/Spyware
• Run Lavasofts free Adaware program weekly
• Do not open spam
• Set privacy levels to at least medium

• Defragment once a month
• Errors creep into the registry over time
• Fix with Norton Utilities
• WinASO is a 28 shareware program which works
  very well download from httpwww.download.com
• 3 year warranty on laptops bring problems to La
  Reva or Cindy as soon as possible for service
