The ARC structural design
ARC gets its mandate from its members and
Alliance Partners and it is they who determine
whether or not there is value in ARC activities
ARC adds/does not add value
ARC is not a legislator and controller, and so
its growth in size and effectiveness is directly
dependent upon its ability to deliver value as
perceived by its members and alliance partners
Members and Alliance Partners join/ defect
ARC grows/shrinks
Should Members and Alliance Partners be
dissatisfied with ARC, they simply unsubscribe or
withdraw their allegiance. If they are satisfied,
they tell others who become members.
Members and Alliance Partners support/abandon ARC
ARC cannot receive funds directly, and so it is
dependent, for its survival and ongoing
functioning, on contributions from Members and
Alliance Partners
