How we are set up

• AWB is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the
  US
  
• Registered as a charity in New York state
• Set up as an employer in NY, PA, OR, CA, and WA
• Res Non Verba is a nonprofit in Argentina,
  providing services to AWB

• Omidyar meeting set up for March 27
• Fundraising consultants hired and working
• Bottom line 140 a month, plus conference,
  Carnegie and GFs

• Message is much clearer
• Media training set for April 7

• Video conferencing being tested
• Webinars for meetings (with Web and phone/Skype)

The Fishbowl

• A year ago Kyle, Tim and Jacky, with Scott and
  Matt part-time
  
• Now Juan Cruz, Scott, Kyle, Matt, Hector, Leo,
  Georgina, Max, and Hernan
  
• Leo and Hector being trained, with Matt in BA
• Processes are much better
• Planning a big relaunch next month with new look,
  new tools, and new directories
  
• More programmers TBH asap

• Lea, Kara, Majo, Erin, Douglas, Steve, and Put
• Name change, to reflect real focus
• Whole team has been cross-trained
• Processes have been documented
• Will rely more on users in the future
• How the content cycle works
