- Preside over the meetings of the club.
- Ensure each meeting is conducted in a timely
manner. - Preside over the regular meetings of the Board of

- Attend District Conference
- Cooperate with the DG in various club and
district Rotary matters, and ensure that all
correspondence is handled properly. - Supervise the preparation of a club budget.

monthly newsletter is passed along to club
members.

- Submit in June a comprehensive report to the club
on the status of its finances and the extent to
which the club has achieved its objectives. - Cooperate with the President-Elect before leaving
office to ensure a smooth transition. - Arrange a joint meeting of the incoming and
outgoing Board of Directors.
