What is PowerPoint?
  • PowerPoint 2002 is the presentation graphics
    program in Office XP. Professionals can create
    eye-catching slides, handouts, outlines, and
    notes to deliver an impressive presentation.

The PowerPoint Environment

The Different PowerPoint Views
  • The Normal view is the default view in
    PowerPoint. All slide editing is performed in
    this view.
  • The Slide Sorter view displays all slides in your
    presentation as thumbnails.
  • The Slide Show view allows you to view your
    presentation as a slide show.
  • The Notes Page view displays how notes pages will
    print.
