- 4 days in Spain
- (Madrid, Zaragoza, Barcelona)
- 2 days in France
- (Carcassonne, Provence, Avignon, Nice, French
Riviera ) - 6 days in Italy
- (Florence, Assisi, Rome, Pompeii, and Capri)

5Who is eligible for this trip?
- Any junior or senior student who is going to be
enrolled in a LOTE class during the 2008-2009
school year. - Students who are enrolled OR that have completed
Level 4 of a LOTE class.
6What are the dates of the trip?
- Depart Thurs. April 2nd 2009
- Return Wed. April 15th 2009
- We will miss 5/6 full school days. (depending on
our departing flight).

8What are my insurance options?
- All EF Group Leaders and their school districts
are covered for the duration of the EF
Educational Tour by Commercial General Liability
Insurance. Coverage is up to 15 million per
occurrence for covered claims related to the tour
regarding bodily injury, property damage, errors
and omissions. - Individual travelers are also strongly encouraged
to purchase the All-Inclusive Insurance Plan.
This plan includes Medical and Accident
Insurance, Baggage and Property Insurance, Tour
Cancellation and Interruption Insurance and
24-hour Emergency Assistance. (115 extra per

10How can you contact your traveler?
- There will be many opportunities for internet
access at local internet cafés in each of the
cities we will visit. - Purchase international phone cards that the
students can use to call home. - The first three students enrolled will receive a
FREE INTERNATIONAL CELL PHONE with 20 talk
time!!!
11Can I cancel the trip if I need to?
- If the All-Inclusive Insurance Plan is purchased,
a full refund of the program fee or a refund of
the unused portion of the program fee if leaving
early due to serious illness or injury regarding
hospitalization, financial hardship, jury duty,
military call to active duty, or severe damage to
home, will be given. - In the event that the U.S. Department of State
issues a formal travel warning specific to any
destination countries on the itinerary within 65
days of booking, a full refund will be issued to
all, regardless of whether the additional
insurance plan is purchased.
12What will I need to travel abroad?
- You will need a valid US PASSPORT to travel
abroad. The current cost is 97.00. - Passport processing takes about 6 weeks so make
