• Southwestern College will have four athletic
  teams participating in post season competition.

• The Football team earned Mountain Conference
  Co-championship honors and will participate in
  our first bowl game since 2000. Coach Carberry
  and team will travel to Santa Barbara to face
  Pasadena City College on Saturday, November 22,
  2008 at 600 pm.

WomensCross Country

• Womens Cross Country qualified for the State
  Championships. Our mighty ladies will run for the
  gold in Fresno on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at
  800 am. Coach Agbede has continued to have one
  of the premier programs in the state each year.

• The Womens Soccer team earned their first ever
  play-off opportunity! The Lady Jaguars will
  challenge Ventura College for a chance to
  progress in the play-offs on Saturday, November
  22, 2008 at 700 pm. Coach Tont has developed a
  dynamic group of ladies to take on the challenge!

• The Mens Soccer Team will start their play-off
  run at Santa Ana College Saturday, November 22,
  2008 at 200 pm. Coach Flores leads a strong
  veteran team into the play-off hunt!
