Least Cost Routing Definition Simply put,
Least Cost Routing or LCR is the process by which
the PABX will monitor the initial digits of a
dialled number in order to determine which
network (Telkom, MTN, Vodacom, Cell C) is to be
used in order to provide the client with the
least possible cost to connect the call.
