    X1 tests for each subject at their grade

Assessor Responsibilities (during/after testing)
  • Rate the student accurately
  • Meet with the principal to sign and date the
    Assessor Rating Sheet
  • Submit accurate student scores online
  • Maintain security of all test materials

Administering the Tests
  • It is imperative that the test administrator
    (Assessor 1) read the prompt to the student as
    written. It may be read as many times as
    necessary and before each item if needed.
  • The tests may be administered over several days
    if necessary.

  • All items (7 for writing test) are to be
    presented to all students
  • Scripts must be followed exactly as written with
    no additional prompting or rephrasing

  • Accommodations may be made for individual
    students for presentation or for responding if
    the accommodations are routinely used in the
    students instruction
  • If its not listed on the chart, fill out and
    submit the Accommodation Notification form

  • All Assessor 1s will receive one manipulative kit
    per grade level for their X1 students.
  • Assessor 1s may preview the kit (not the student
    test book) in a secure setting prior to the test
    administration to allow for time to make
    accommodations to the materials if necessary
