TAKS-Alt Field Test A TAKS, TAKS-I, or SDAA II
answer document should NOT be submitted for any
student that participates in the TAKS-Alt field
test.

February Grades 3 and 5 Reading Submit a
document for each student regardless of whether
or not the student actually tested. Score

February Enrolled Grades 4 and 7 Submit a
TAKS answer document (English or Spanish) for

TEKS-based LDAA information on SDAA II answer
document.

February Enrolled Grade 9 Submit a TAKS answer
document for each student for whom TAKS is the
appropriate assessment. Void TAKS document if the
student will take SDAA II IL 9 reading test and
submit the SDAA II answer document only or if
the student will take the reading test online.
Submit TEKS-based LDAA information on SDAA II
answer document either in February or in April.

- Submit a TAKS ELA answer document for each
student for whom TAKS is the appropriate
assessment. - Void TAKS document if the student will take

April Grade 3 Math Submit a TAKS scorable
booklet (English or Spanish) for each student for
whom TAKS is the appropriate assessment. Submit a
LAT scorable booklet for each student who is
LEP-exempt from the TAKS test. Fill in the
appropriate bubbles in the LAT INFO field. Submit
an SDAA II math scorable booklet for each student
for whom TAKS is not the appropriate
assessment. Submit TEKS-based LDAA information on
an SDAA II scorable booklet for each ARD-exempt
student.

Exit Level Retest Administrations Submit an

the passing standard. There is no TAKS-I for exit
level retests. Submit TEKS-based LDAA information
