  • New undergraduate student
  • PN1 - Disclose Disability To Local Authority (LA)
  • Provide evidence of disability to LA
  • Complete DSA form from Local Authority (LA)
  • Assessment of study-related needs
  • Link up with chosen university support service
    (Advisor) who can assist you in the process
