• Review local and state data banks

Analyze Data

• Analyze the data that you collected
• Match up data that supports each other
• Compare data that appears contrary to each other

Report Findings

• The findings should be reported to the
  constituents that participated in the survey
• Summary of facts- mail out
• Develop a one page summary that you
• can share with the community and other
  interested parties

Use Your Findings

• Use findings to modify services
• Develop new services
• Prioritize resources
