Utilizing Your Program Administrators Help

• Make contact as soon as you know you will submit.
  
• Ask him or her to read the Specific Aims and make
  suggestions for grant and review group.
• Drop an email when the grant goes out. Ask if he
  or she plans to attend the review.
• Call once you receive the initial reviews.
• Ask for advice on strategies for resubmission.
• Ask for advice on working with the funder and
  grant review process.
