• Inspection Enforcement Summary Data (last 2

• Date of last inspection, enforcement actions,

• Compliance Summary Data (last 2 years)
• Quarters of non-compliance
• Formal Enforcement Actions (2-year history)
• Demographic profile
• Radius of area, persons, race breakdown, age
  breakdown, education, income, etc.

• Evaluate data periodically

• May need to follow-up with state/local agencies
