What is are Instructional Models (Smaldino et al.)

• Models that help educators to provide optimal
  learning environments to students by
  accommodating to various student learning styles
  and using appropriate instructional resources and
  methods.
• ASSURE is an example of an instructional model
  for technology integration. It is not necessarily
  a lesson planning method, but a model that
  ensures a good educational environment and
  experience for teachers and students.
