• BP seen as a soft issue and as such a need to
  workshop
• /train SMS on BP strategy
• Align disciplinary code to BP strategy
• Incorporate BP into the Induction
• Formal introduction of the concept to SALGA and
  DPLG
• Understanding of what each principle mean what it
  means
• for an organisation
• Viewed as a way of life
• BP implementation not to be equated with IDP s
• To be embedded in the Vision/strategy of the
  organisation
• with measurable objectives , indicators and
  budget
• Changing of the mindset
