  • What all the people in the Agency have agreed we
    want to be

    evaluate whether people are living up to our
    values and demonstrating these personality traits
  • Our competencies matrix contains elements of our
    values and personality, so they are desired
    attributes for every position and role within the
    Agency
  • More than this, evidence of having lived up to
    our values and personality should be recognised,
    and directly benefit career prospects
  • Therefore evaluation of values and personality is
    also built into regular one to one/personal
    career development sessions and biannual
    appraisals of past performance
