- To familiarize school administrators with
regulatory issues related to CTE Civil Rights
compliance. - Discuss historical and current implications of
federal and state legal requirements as they
relate to CTE programs. - Distribute monitoring and program evaluation
instrumentation.

- Program Access Review Requirements Have Their
Roots In Federal Civil Rights Legislation. - Increasingly, PAR is used as the lens for
assessing compliance with federal requirements as
judged by TEA.
