• Go to Start, Up to My Computer.
• You will see this screen
• The Network Drives on
• the bottom are the actual
• servers. Your name will
• appear where your
• Home Directory is located
• (H) drive.

• You can drag files into this Home Directory or
  you can save the
• files directly into the
• Home Directory.
• In Word, go to
• Save As, where it
• Says, Save in, pull
• that window down
• to view where you
• can save files.
• Select your Home
• Directory.

How to Save to Your Home Directory

• If you have a shortcut icon on your desktop that
  indicates Home Directory, you must first open
  this folder up, then move files into it.
• Do not copy your entire desktop in your Home
  Directory. Do not copy applications.
• Remember, if you make changes on a file that
  resides on your desktop, it does not
  automatically change the file located in your
  Home Directory. You must replace the file in the
  Home Directory.
• 200MB is the space allocated for Home Directory
  size. If you need more, please create a HelpDesk.
