• When Long Tailed Weasels are born they have
  wrinkled skin and they are pink with white fur.
• Long Tailed Weasels have brown fur on the top of
  their bodies.
• On the lower part of its body, it has white fur.
• Long Tailed Weasels have a small head with
  whiskers on them.

Habitat

• Long Tailed Weasels live near water.
• They are not found in deserts or forests.
• Long Tailed Weasel are usually found in
  woodlands, backyards, farmlands and parks.
• Long Tailed Weasels dont travel far from their
  homes.

Food Chain

• Long Tailed Weasels are carnivores.
• Weasels often hunt at night.
• Coyotes, Bobcats, and Barn Owls are some of the
  predators of Long Tailed Weasels.
• The males prefer eating bigger animals because
  they are bigger.

Life Cycle

• Long Tailed Weasel babies are born helpless.
• In fourteen days their white fur starts to
  thicken.
• In 56 days they can kill prey on their own.
• Long Tailed Weasel babies do not have a close
  bond with their fathers.
