Introduction

• CAMD announces the release of CM3018, a
  low-noise and very low-dropout CMOS regulator
  with fast power-up
• CM3018 is the successor to CM3014
• First release of new-generation LDO regulators
  for mobile applications from CAMD
• Available for sampling

• 3.3V, 3.1V, 3.0V, 2.9V, 2.8V, 2.5V, 1.8V and 1.5V

• 30 lower operating quiescent current than
  competing solutions
• High power supply Ripple Rejection (PSRR) of 60dB

CM3018 PSRR Performance

• Adding a 10nF bypass capacitor maximizes PSRR
• Better than 60dB of PSRR out to 1kHz
• Stable with low ESR capacitors on both the output
  and bypass pins

• Using ceramic Bypass capacitor improves noise
  performance
