  • The gap between those individuals and
    communities that have, and do not have, access to
    the information technologies needed for modern
    advancement.
  • Once focused on school computer access between
    rich and poor schools, now refers to internet
    access and technology related skills.

    75,000/year and above.

Possible Solutions
  • 1) Training teachers to promote the potential of
    technology in the education.
  • 2) Offering free or inexpensive Internet access
    to schools.
  • 3) Fostering the capacity to develop the content
    of instructional resources to their respective
    national languages.
  • 4) Building well-maintained facilities that can
    be used to access knowledge and provide
    affordable, upgradeable, skills and services.
