Improve 1.0 Documentation

• Consolidate tables into a more readable format.
• Improve consistency in attribute defaults.
• Use None for empty strings or arrays.
• Use All Zeros for empty structures.
• Explore additional documentation options.
• Sequence diagrams for Is Part Of.
• State diagrams for Transfer of Control.
