1. Introduction

• e-Commerce has been grown rapidly together with
  developing of network technology.
• However, the payment systems, which are more
  relevant to business-to-consumer activities, is
  not fully supporting the Internet-based society.
• The new types of payment system such as smart
  card, I-cash, credit card, e-wallet are competing
  each other to hold a leadership, each of them is
  not well-refined enough to satisfy all business
  process.
