Wall System
The ULTOMEGA Wall System are innovative and
patented solutions for constructing and
insulating a buildings envelope with a single
wythe wall system requiring only single products
and utilizing only one trade for low labor
overhead.

Features

• Continuous Insulation
• When layed up, the individual EPS inserts form a
  continuous insulation barrier against heat, cold,
  moisture and sound.
• Substantial Thermal Lag-
• The ULTOMEGA Wall System provides a thermal lag
  of 75 hours compared to 2 hours for a standard
  CMU cavity wall.
• Thermal Mass-
• The ability to retain internal temperatures where
  little impact by external climate changes are
  likely
• Moisture and mold resistant-
• Because the inserts are made of non-organic
  materials, mold growth is inhibited. Water vapor
  transmission is less than 1.17 and the water
  absorption is less than 2 when producers mix
  designs include integral water repellent
  admixtures.
• Environmentally Friendly-
• The EPS is non-toxic and no formaldehyde or
  hydro-fluorides
• (CFC's) are used during production.

• Temperature control is critical in this market,
  and in many instances humidity control is too.
• In 2009 the top 20 cold storage companies saw a 5
  percent increase, operating approximately 3.8
  billion cubic feet (110.2 million cubic meters)
  with 3 growth annually, for the period
  2009-2013.
• The ULTOMEGA structures will play a significant
