  Notifiable Disease
• CDC, NACDD and CSTE convenes group to identify
  chronic diseases, conditions and risk factors for
  ongoing surveillance

• CSTE endorses 73 indicators
• 7 oral health indicators added

• CSTE releases state-specific indicator data
