Getting Started

• First you need to register for an account
• May require some personal info. i.e. name,
  location, email, address, age, etc.
• Do not give away to much info!
• Once you get this done will need to sign in with
  email address and password
• Do not forget your password!

Designing your Page

• Background
• Go to http//hot-lyts.com/ to get a page
• By using the customize profile you can add
  interesting info about yourself as well as pics.
• Extras
• If you go to http//hot-lyts.com/.com you can
  also fill out fun personal surveys or personality
  test that can be displayed on your page.

Adding Friends

• There is a search button that can help you search
  for your friends.
• Your search can be refined to help you find
  friends easily based on the info. That you know
  about them.
• Once you find your friends click on their name so
  you can see their page.
• When you get to their page select add to friends.
• There is a button that will allow you to choose
  your top friends. This top friends will show up
  on your main page.

Day to day Use of your account

• Any time you log on make sure to check for new
  messages, friend request and comments.
• Any time you want to view someone's page just
  look under their name or profile pic.
• Her you can view all your friends friends, your
  friends pics, the comments on their wall, etc.

Myspace Safety

• Make sure to put your page on private so that
  only your friends can view your page.
• Do not leave personal info on your page ex. Full
  address, phone number etc.
• Do not put comments that will be offensive to
  anyone on your page.
