3What is it?
- The clearinghouse is for ANY student-athlete that
is planning to attend college AND participate in
Division I or Division II athletics. - A student submits a Student Release Form,
transcript and standardized test scores to NCAA
to determine if they are eligible for Collegiate
athletics.

- 4 year plan beginning in 8th grade
- Recommended to take SAT/ACT in Spring of Junior
Year. When you register for the test have the
testing center send your scores to NCAA (school
code 9999) - Register for NCAA clearinghouse in the summer
AFTER your junior year. - Online (www.ncaaclearinghouse.net) or
paper format. - NOTIFY Counselor to submit Junior Transcript.
Counselor will send FINAL TRANSCRIPT after
graduation.

Select the option in the left-hand menu titled
"Transcript Releases." You will then be able to
print two copies of this release to deliver to
the High School Counselor in order for them to
send transcripts to the Clearinghouse.

This form will be sent with your final transcript
after graduation. Please bring in this form to
the school counselor along with the preliminary
form

19SAT/ACT Scores
- Scores have to be sent directly from SAT (College
Board) or ACT. - When you register for SAT/ACT they allow you send
the scores to colleges or to the NCAA. For the
NCAA use 9999 as the school code. This is a FREE
service at registration. - If you have already registered for the test, you
will have to request the testing center to send
them. There will be a fee!
