  infrastructure of members being countries in
  development (non material aspects)

• Initiative Mrs Annabi (Tunisian CIML member and
  President of the OIML Council development) and JF
  Magana (French CIML member on that time)
• Preparatory meetings Tunis (CIML, 1999), London
  (CIML, 2000) and Poitiers (specific, 2001)
• Adoption of the Protocol St-Jean de Luz (CIML,
  2002)

Conclusion

• EMLMF is a young RLMO (officially 2002)
• working in a good spirit of cooperation and
  excellent forum for developing relations
• should be capable to solve some problems before
  to be capable to operate at optimum
• funding
• involvement of members
• sufficient concrete items of work in order to
  find its own identity...
