District 4 Request To
consider a substantial change to the approved
Avalon Park Planned Development/Land Use
Plan (PD/LUP) to add a one hundred and forty
(140) foot, camouflaged telecommunications
tower as an allowable use to Village 1 on
the Land Use Plan. The tower will be
camouflaged to include a white pole and
American Flag and will comply with all
requirements of Section 38-1427 of the Orange
County Code. No waivers are being sought with
this request.
