- IPC and OC provide overall guidelines for
objectives, quality, theme, etc. of WCC2002. - IPC, OC, and each TC enter into a performance
agreement. - IPC membership comprises TC Conference chairs.

- Kluwer is the publisher.
- TCs are responsible for their own proceedings.
- IPC and OC of WCC2002 are responsible for the
remainder, e.g. theme-oriented papers. - This implies that some papers could appear in two
or more publications.
